PistenBully conversions
Kässbohrer PistenBully for peat, bog, landfill and forestry — converted and equipped in our own production in Ashausen.
Since 1991 we have been converting PistenBully tracked vehicles for jobs no series vehicle can do: ground pressure from 0.036 kg/cm², gradeability up to 100 %, Mercedes-Benz engines from 86 to 375 kW and at the PTO tunnel. More than 350 conversions since 1991 — each one planned around the customer's job.

Models & variants
Compact PistenBully platform with exceptionally low ground pressure — designed for moor, peat and wet meadows.
The PistenBully 100 is the most compact platform in the mera programme. Mercedes-Benz diesel engine, low centre of gravity and wide running gear allow work on ground that conventional forestry machinery can no longer support. Also available as SCR AllSeason variant for year-round use.

The PB300 GreenTech is the mid-range platform for landscape management and special construction — Mercedes-Benz drive up to 270 kW, designed for large mulching heads and forestry attachments in year-round use.

The PB400 is the heavier platform: higher hydraulic output at the PTO tunnel, designed for landfill cultivation, large-facility maintenance and heavy forestry mulchers.

The PB600 Select is the heaviest and most powerful variant: up to 375 kW engine output and up to 250 kW PTO output. Designed for heavy-duty mulchers and special constructions for which smaller carriers are no longer sufficient.
